Abstract: THE INFLUENCE OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION POLICIES ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE
The study investigates the influence of diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies on organizational performance. Objectives include examining the relationship between D&I policies and employee productivity, assessing the impact on innovation, and evaluating overall organizational performance. A survey design is utilized for its capacity to collect extensive data across various demographics. The sample size of 380 respondents, determined using Taro Yamane's formula, ensures a 95% confidence level. The research focuses on the telecommunications industry in Abuja, known for its diverse workforce. The reliability coefficient score for the survey instrument is 0.88, indicating strong reliability. Findings reveal that comprehensive D&I policies significantly enhance organizational performance by fostering a more innovative and productive work environment. The study recommends that organizations should integrate D&I policies into their core strategies to optimize performance.
